As a Technology Manager, I managed the operations of, and user access to, applications used by the Commissions, Trade Review, and Compliance departments. I ensured that information systems and production processes were executed per Key Performance Indicators (KPI). I improved overall timeliness of delivery and quality of KPI from 80% to 97%. I implemented metrics, run and control charts, tracking and trending reports using Six Sigma and advanced features of Excel to perform complex data analysis. I created repositories for managing policy and procedure documentation, scheduling, and contacts, using SharePoint.
